COLLAGES - UNFRAMED
In a new chapter of work artist, Joanne Yulan moves her abstract works into the new medium of collage. Key themes like elegant movement and balance can be seen clearly in these new works. Each element is hand-painted in gouache and emulsion before being cut with a scalpel and placed on the hand-made and tinted Indian paper background.
All proceeds from the sale of OMEGA 7 and OMEGA 8 will be donated to the United Nations Ukraine Crisis Response.
INK ON PAPER - UNFRAMED
This series of signature works continues the artists journey in the dissection and reinvention of symbols and calligraphy. The artworks involve meticulously layering water colour tints and inks onto handmade Indian paper in multiple layers giving depth and texture.
GOUACHE ON BOARD - UNFRAMED
Inspired by Mid-Century abstract artists this untitled series uses the tension of stokes with dynamic edge of the artwork. Twisted and dropped motifs in gouache play against coloured ink shapes and water colour.
OIL ON VINTAGE PAPER - FRAMED
A reinterpretation of ancient calligraphy this painting is one of a series of six small colourful works that were the beginning of the artists foray into colour. The vibrancy of layers of dilute oil paint leave visible the lettering of the vintage paper beneath. This offsets the artists sweeping signature surface strokes in gouache and oil.

Framed artwork featured here show the artworks presented in our proposed in-house framing styling but they are framed to order. Our framing is done by RG Framing, conservation framing specialists based in Marylebone, London. Contact us for details of framing options and allow 3 weeks for a bespoke frame.

DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

RG framing will quality check, professionally wrap and prepare the framed artwork for safe delivery by courier to you.
If the artwork you purchase is already framed as described we can deliver it by courier to you 3-5 days from purchase.
If you purchase an unframed artwork and wish to have it framed by RG framing to please contact us for details.
Bespoke framing orders are handled individually and are usually completed and delivered within 3-4 weeks.

The cost to deliver an unframed artwork anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery is £10

We’d like you to treasure this original artwork and be fully happy with your purchase. In the unlikely case that it has suffered damage during transit, you must report the damages within 48 hours from receipt of your purchase so we can address the issue. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, you must email us within 7 days from receipt of your purchase and return the item undamaged by courier at your cost within 14 days.
